Guangdong Branch Office of HQCEC (it will be abbreviated as HQCEC Guangdong below) was founded in June 2003. It was registered in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, as a wholly-funded subsidiary of HQCEC in south China. It acts as the window of engineering market and base of the projects performed by HQCEC in south China. It is also one of the integral members of HQCEC as well as an important part of strong technical strength of HQCEC.
As a constituent part of HQCEC, the Branch Office corresponds with the head office on management system, service culture, company image, specialty setting, project performed module, quality control, standard and norm, computer networking system and so on. And it is capable of undertaking all kinds of engineering project like previous consultation, engineering design, EPC and other technical services under the authorization of HQCEC.
Guangdong and even south China are the significant target markets of HQCEC. Some of the large-scale engineering projects like CSPC Nanhai Petrochemical project, and Guangdong LNG project etc., all locate in Guangdong Province. HQCEC Guangdong sufficiently shortens the distance between HQCEC and clients, providing the clients with convenient services. Guangdong Branch Office will take the advantage of HQCEC's first-class technical capability while making good use of its locality to supply satisfactory services to the engineering projects in south China.
Engineering Achievements of Guangdong Branch Office
It has been one year since Guangdong Branch Office established. The technical capability has been developing gradually. By now there are three ways to develop engineering projects, i.e. to cooperate with the head office, to develop new projects with the help of the head office, to develop new engineering projects independently.
