With the concerted efforts of all the technical personnel, the substation of Xinjiang Dushanzi Ethylene Project started up to receive power successfully on July 22, 2008. It is regarded as the milestone and turning point from mechanical installation to pre-trial test of the project.

     Without rest, technical personnel continued to conduct test on the section bus and transformer. After 24 hours, the data shows everything was going smoothly. The success of receiving power has made a great step forward towards mechanical completion.
