Vietnam Delegation containing 23 members, led by Mr. Vu Huy Hoang, Vietnam Minister of the Industry visited HQCEC on October 12th, 2009. HQCEC President Wang Shihong, Senior Vice President Wang Xinge, Vice President Zhao Min, Vietnam Coal based Fertilizer Project Manager Zhang Jun, Director of the Engineering Dept. Xiong Yan, and Chief Representative of HQCEC Vietnam Office Yuan Zhiqiang attended the meeting.

 

      President Wang Shihong extended a warm welcome to the Minister and the group. He indicated: HQCEC has good co-operation with Vietnam National Chemical Corporation (VINACHEM), both sides have developed the intimate and successful co-operation, from the smooth start of the DAP project of Vietnam to the intense execution of the Ninh Binh Coal Based Fertilizer Project in Vietnam. Mr. Wang also expressed sincere thanks to the leaders of Ministry of Industry and Trade for their continuous support for HQCEC.

 

      Mr. Vu Huy Hoang appreciated HQCEC’s arrangement and hospitality, and congratulated the successful parade for the 60th anniversary in the National Day. He highly appraised the PMC work of DAP Project in Vietnam, which was the first co-operation of two sides, and expected to strengthen co-operation between HQCEC and the Chemical Industry of Vietnam to boost Vietnam Coal based Fertilizer Project.
      Senior Vice President Wang Xinge briefly introduced the advantages，achievements and projects implemented by HQCEC in the meeting. Project Manager Zhang Jun reported the project progress of Ninh Binh Coal Based Fertilizer Project. Both sides discussed about issues of common concerns and reached final agreements.
      Mr. Vu Huy Hoang was deeply impressed by the development, engineering experience and achievements HQCEC has made, and indicated that he would support HQCEC as ever, and expected further co-operation with HQCEC. President Wang was grateful to the appraisal, affirmation and encouragement of Minister Vu Huy Hoang. He stressed that HQCEC is willing to be the loyal service provider to Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade, and would spare no effort to strengthen the co-operation with the VINACHEM, and to timely accomplish the project with high quality.
