In recent years, HQC has completed the development plans, feasibility studies and general designs for more than twenty sets of large-scale refining projects whose capacity are million-ton or above. These kinds of projects finished recently include Yunnan 10 million t/y Refinery general design, Singapore 10 million t/y Refinery feasibility study, and the feasibility study report of the undergoing Taizhou 22 million t/y refining integration project.

HQC has accumulated a wealth of performance and experience in recent years in basic and detailed engineering design and EPC contracting, and also formed its own unique design advantage.
