A visiting group lead by President Assistant Mr. Al-Lami from Iraq SCOP visited HQC on the 21st of December, 2011. President Mr. Wang Shihong met with the visiting group. Two sides thoroughly discussed the cooperation on the Iraq project.

Mr. Wang Shihong said that SCOP played an important role within the Iraq engineering market, and HQC had a strong capacity in oversea projects and procurement projects for large-scale equipments. As a result, HQC was willing to establish a long-term cooperation with SCOP.

Mr. Al-Lami extended his sincere gratitude to Mr. Wang Shihong, gave full recognition to HQC’s capacity and achievements, expressed willingness to have a comprehensive cooperation with HQC, and hoped HQC could provide support to SCOP employee’s training.
