The Kick-off Meeting of Shenhua Shaanxi Methanol Downstream Processing Project was held by HQC on the 15th of December, 2011.

HQC took charge of the: general design, basic design, public support utility’s basic design and detail design, sub-contractors coordination, technical service and completion drawing design of the project. HQC is positioned for the project kick-off now.
