On the 13th and 14th of December, 2011, CNPC Sales Company held the Completion & Acceptance Meeting of Karamay Lubricating Oil Plant’s Auxiliary Utility Revamping & Expansion Project. The project successfully passed the acceptance examination. HQC (Lanzhou) Company took charge of the preliminary design and construction drawing design of the project. The production capacity of the project was 600,000 T/Y according to the design.
