Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the procurements for the project. You must have direct and significant experience of the procurement process flow and project management, including purchasing, expediting, inspection, logistics control etc. Other key areas are procurement interface co-ordination among engineering, procurement and construction as well as sourcing of equipment/material suppliers.

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor‘s degree
• More than 6 years of procurement experience in Chemical, Petrochemical and/or Pharmaceutical (Engineering, Construction)
• Function in a supervisory role in at least 2 projects
• Strong commercial / business acumen, proven negotiation skills, strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding purchase terms and conditions
• Experienced in inquiry, bid evaluation, expediting, inspection management, logistics, site material control etc…
• Familiar with international engineering system or EPC operation practice
