Requirements:

At least 8 years of work experience in project management in the Chemical, Petro-Chemical, Light Industry or in Pharmaceutical projects
Familiar with international engineering and project management systems
Have experience in Design, Procurement or Construction Management and familiar with Cost, Quality, Schedule Control
Strong in prophase project management in foreign investment projects
Design institute work experience and site construction work experience is preferred
well master in Chinese is prefer
